Visiting Hours & Policies

As a part of a wider community, we encourage anyone to visit their friends, loved ones, or family members during their stay with us. Our policy is to go through admissions via our main desk to find out the most appropriate times for your visit and ensure you can make the most of it.
Visitation
Visitation may vary depending on the specific clinic or area you are visiting. We are as flexible as possible with our general opening hours, with any time from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. offered for visiting in the majority of our medical spaces.
If you are visiting someone in the Intensive Care Unit, there are additional measures to ensure our patients' safety. Only family members are allowed, with up to two visitors at a time. No smoking, flowers, or personal belongings are allowed in the ICU, and only individuals over 14 may visit. Essential caregivers will be allowed visitation for 2 hours beyond visiting hours.
Visitation policies may be amended based on Covid-19 prevalence in our community.
