Northwest Regional Health has a long history of providing exemplary support to the Northwest Alabama community. Originating from the Winfield Hospital, built in 1949, Northwest advanced its services and specializations with the construction of a replacement hospital in 1998. Since then, our campus has continued to grow and innovate, encompassing a brand-new surgery center in 2009, as well as wellness rehabilitation, dialysis, and assisted living facilities on-site.
Our integrity is at the heart of the service we offer, ensuring our patients receive the best possible care.
We are compassionate and empathetic towards patients and their families, providing a welcoming environment for all.
We hold ourselves to the highest possible standards, including taking accountability for all situations and circumstances in which we could have done better.
We respect our community, our patients, and the professionals that work for us in equal measure.
Northwest is always striving to be better at what we do, from state-of-the-art facilities to excellence in hiring and training.
Our leadership team is formed of local experts and specializes in providing the highest standard of service to residents across the Northwest Alabama area.
